We’re experiencing some teething trouble in getting the ID cards out currently but we’re confident that they’ll be with members who have signed up earlier in in the month before mid April. Newer members should receive ID cards soon after joining in future.

We’re having issues with members who haven’t uploaded passport style photos of themselves, the point of the cards is for bailiffs to quickly identify you, shots  taken from twenty feet away are no good for this purpose so please make sure you send an appropriate picture.
